I purchased this couch 2 years ago and lost a sectional of my couch when I was switching to a new apartment. When I explained the situation they were very understanding and helped me out. They were kind enough to send me the sectional free of charge and I only had to purchase one armrest. I love this couch and it is very nice, firm, and sturdy. Super easy to assemble and disassemble if you are switching places. Highly recommend it!

We bought a three seat couch for our 400 square-foot apartment and unfortunately only 2 sections could fit in the area. I wanted it to be in. Because you’re able to take this apart and make it different ways I was able to order these arms and turn our three seat with an ottoman into two seat with an ottoman with an additional chair on the side. It really came out nice.

I am in love with this modular couch. The price compared to other by-the-section couches couldn’t be matched. The pieces arrived fast, faster than I was prepared (old couch had not been removed). It is sturdy, easy to assemble and purchase by the piece makes it sooo customizable. Add some throw pillows and relax. Love that every seat flips up for storage and I can add arm rests and ottomans.

We were looking for another comfy couch for the kids to enjoy while watching tv. Little did we know this set is exactly that and more! The seven section, plus an additional single, allowed our three kids to lie comfortably aside myself and my wife to enjoy an evening of movie night. The ease of moving each section and cushions is awesome. We had this for about two months now and it's been moved so many ways that I am so glad we purchased this set!

Like the easy assembly but once done you can't really move an assembled couch without it coming apart. Must disassemble to move it. Not very comfy. Rather stiff. Not very sturdy for family use.

I purchased the U shaped sofa and I absolutely love it! It’s comfortable and the storage is amazing! I ended up moving and reconfigured the couch to be a love seat and an L shaped sofa. I love how versatile everything is! And more than how awesome my sofa is, the customer service has been outstanding. My first order I had one ottoman that had loose stitching and they replaced right away. And now I did a special order to get one arm side and one back side and they have been so easy to work with, helpful and communicative! Highly recommend!

I ordered two middle modules and one armrest module. The odor when I opened packages was overwhelming. New furniture does smell, but this odor took over my small place. The color is not gray, it is between gray and brown, it depends on what you need, but the color can not be called gray. It has more gray than taupe, but it is close. There was a mix of dust, threads, small particles inside the storage section in both seat modules. Two out of three items arrived damaged. The armrest had rodent feces on the wrapping cover, and the seat module had something like a wire right under the seat fabric. This furniture was unacceptable, the seller issued the full refund. I have to remove everything on my own and pay for the removal.
