Works great, easy to use, well worth the money!
My right ear has been clogged with wax for over a year. Often I was almost deaf in that ear, and it was uncomfortable. This kit worked great. I put in the drops, waited quite a while, then used the spray bottle. It sprays with quite a bit of pressure. The tips, essentially very thin soft flexible tubes, go down pretty far in the ear canal. I got out several large globs of wax, and a bunch of little stuff. Almost wanted a pic even though it was also really gross. My ear was immediately better. I wasn't sure what the conditioner really does but I decided to go ahead and use it. I plan on using it on the other ear today. I was a bit concerned reading reviews of people feeling they could reuse the tips. The tip I used was covered with wax by the end, and the tube is very thin. I don't see a way to sterilize it, even just using it myself, the tube goes pretty far in your ear and you don't want to introduce bacteria next time! One comment is the tip fell off once, I did see a recommendation later to twist it on so will try that next time. For people saying this is just a spray bottle, really? Most spray bottles don't have the long attachment, and the tube on the tip seemed to deliver the water deep in the ear. I pictured it pressure washing through the wax, as the wax came out the tube can go further and get the deeper, impacted ear wax. There is no way a little bulb washer is going to give you that pressure and amount of water. I refilled the bottle several times, even once more when I thought it was clean and got out another big glob. One recommendation for an improvement would be individually packaging sterile tips? Also, what temp is "very warm"? I used pretty warm water but a bit nervous about it being too hot so probably not as warm as I could have used. Will definitely purchase refills, highly recommended!

It works great only if you understand how to use it but it does work really good.
Having had a great result myself I was surprised at reading some of the comments of people upset saying it doesn't work. After reading a few it seems to me it probably is because they didn't understand how to use it correctly. First the drops need to go in deep. It appears an obvious statement but the drops actually don't go all the way to the eardrum unless you shake your head vigorously and then you will "hear" when it gets there otherwise they stay in the middle of the trip down to the eardrum and there you are thinking that the drops are working when in reality they haven't reached the eardrum at the bottom. Additionally you need to put enough of the drops to fill the ear canal while resting sideways because you want to also clean the walls all the way to the outside. You need to be patient and wait for about 30 minutes resting sideways. Something that helps a lot to dislodge the wax is to massage the ear canal by using your fingertips and pushing around your ear toward the ear canal as well as decompressing your ears like when you go underwater so that the eardrum moves and helps the solution to penetrate and dislodge the wax. The water needs to be as hot as you can stand it because being wax it will be melted and dissolved by heat. You need to be sitting while applying the warm water spray because your sense of equilibrium is located in the inner ear and is perturbed by the warm water and you can fall from dizziness. When spraying the water make sure that the base of the tube tip is not obstructing the exit of the wax. Wash the ear canal vigorously by applying a lot of pressure to the water so it dislodges the wax. Don't worry it won't hurt the eardrum because it's continuous flow. If you follow this instructions you'll be as happy as I was when I was finally able to get all the stuff out and get my hearing back again. It's not an easy product to use unless you understand and follow the instructions as explained above but if you do it like that you'll have great results and will feel as relieved as I did.

I use part of this kit, not all...
It's difficult to rate this, because I'm using part of it, but not all. I use the spray bottle, the tips, and the conditioning packets. When I go to the doctor to get my ears flushed out, he uses a similar spray bottle filled with 1 part hydrogen peroxide to 10 parts water. This bottle holds over 1 cup of liquid, maybe 1 and 1/4 cups. So what I do is pour about a third cup of hydrogen peroxide (3%) and the rest warm water, into my measuring cup which holds about 1 and 1/4 cups up to the rim. Then I pour that into this spray bottle, insert the sprayer with fresh tip inserted, give it a gentle shake to mix it, and spray my mixture into one ear, until the bottle is nearly empty. Then I repeat all for my other ear. When I've finished that, I flush out the bottle and sprayer with just water. Then I follow the instructions with the conditioning packet emptied into the spray bottle, fill with warm water, and flush each ear. Then I'm done. During the first step, if I feel my ears are unusually full of wax, I turn my head to one side and let the hydrogen peroxide solution sit in there for a few minutes, but after the first usage, and if I maintain my ears in this way every 2 to 3 weeks, it really isn't necessary. I don't care for the solution included in this kit, as it is adding additional substance into my ears, and I didn't find it particularly effective. If the ear wax doesn't come out with hydrogen peroxide and water mixed in this spray bottle, then you probably need a doctor's opinion on the matter. So, regarding this product, I like the spray bottle (but wish it held enough to do both ears without refilling), I like the tips (I snip about a quarter inch off the length), and I very much like the conditioning packets. I don't use the cup, as I do this over my kitchen sink. In summary, I give this kit 4 stars for the part of it I find very useful.

This Product is Amazing
I watched a Wax RX instructional video before using and it made the process very easy. The only thing not shown in the video is that you should use cotton balls to hold in the ear drops for the 10 minutes. Make sure to refill the spray bottle as needed as the wax may not come out right away. After a couple of times refilling the bottle a lot of wax came out. I was shocked to see that much build up. I will defiantly purchase again.

I feel like a fool
Primary product (the wax softening drops) works; but, extremely overpriced. I paid approx $40 for a product that is widely available at drug stores (minus the brand name advertised on tv & the non-functional 'system'..see below) for $6 to $8. I feel like a fool. This product contains 6.5% carbamide peroxide in anhydrous glycerin. For an example, check out Walgreen' minus $7 offering...exactly the same. Oh, Walgreen doesn't give you the non functional spray bottle (see below) that went into the trash on day one. There are many similar alternatives. Part of this brand name's "system" is the pump sprayer for rinsing the ear after using the softener. Pitiful. Mine did not work at all. A "disposable" tip has to be attached to the sprayer for the sprayer to be functional. My tip would not stay in place. First squeeze and the tip falls off. Based on my unit, a major redesign is required. The clearly stated "disposable" tip is another negative to this over priced product (it didn't work). Have you ever used a spray nasal decongestant? Did you throw the product away the first time you used it? Of course not. Because the provided pump sprayer was DOA, I used something I already had. One of those "turkey baster" looking thingies that are primarily used as nasal cleaners for babies. Save your money. Go to your drugstore or their website. Spend $6 to $8. Don't purchase multiple "nasal cleaners for babies". With reasonable common sense, they should not be considered disposable. I fell for it and can not believe the overwhelming positive Amazon reviews.

Worked Kinda Ok I Guess
Ok so what worked? This is what happened. I had a camera and found a large "rock" type blockage. Got this system mostly because I saw it advertised on TV and because of a few reviews. Is it a good "value?" If one is desperate then one gets what they need to fix the problem and since I had some leftover amazon gift cards I used them for this as well as for the camera, so I would say it's a good value if you're stuck. Other than that, it's just a stupid squirt bottle and some drops. I think I actually had some leftover drops in my cabinet which only cost like $4 but whatever. Long story short, the lid fell off the drops as I was attempting to squirt them in my ears so I ended up putting a lot of drops in my Right ear. I let them sit and do their thing for at least 15 mins as per another reviewer. I then used the bottle to squirt a lot of water in my ear like they do at the doctors office, which resulted in terrible terrible vertigo. Scared the crap out of me. Luckily I was sitting in my bathtub so I just closed my eyes and let it pass. Was not expecting that. I then switched to using a large syringe that I had leftover from when I was caring for an elderly parent. Squirted that in my ear a few times then checked my ear using the camera deal that was connected to my phone, and the "rock" was gone. Thank Goodness! So Did the product work? I believe the drops worked great, and the syringe, that I already had worked and the camera worked, but I was not impressed with the actual squirt bottle. Here's what I think. Get some drops over the counter, GET A CAMERA or have someone look in your ears using a scope, and get a syringe which is less aggressive. You HAVE TO USE A CAMERA to see what's going on or you'll go nuts. Go easy with the squirt bottle as I feel the stream is too fine and if you use it too aggressively you can get hurt. OH and the "PH Rinse" they give you, I think its the same packet of stuff you use when you rinse out your sinuses. I didn't use that stuff because at that point my ears were sore and wanted to end the escapade. Would I buy it again? No

Works as Advertised - well worth the expense
This is one of the very few items that works as advertised. At least once a year my ears clog with wax, usually because I try to remove it with Hydrogen Peroxide, a Que Tip, or tissue. I get the wax melted but only a small amount each time is removed from my ears leaving a seal often trapping water. Once on a doctor's visit I complained about my ears being clogged - he had his nurse clean them using something very similar to this system - it was effective and unclogged my ears almost immediately. Two weeks ago my ears clogged again - I went through the same process of Hydrogen Peroxide, tissue, etc with the same results as before. Having seen the TV commercial numerous times, and exasperated, I decided to splurge (I'm cheap) and spend the $40.00 for the system. As long as I was going to spend the money I wanted it now and tried to find it locally and not wait for shipping from on-line. I searched the internet for all the national drug store sites; I called all the local medical supply stores, and even some ENT doctor offices - no one carried or could tell me where I could purchase it. Some suggested EBay or Amazon. I ultimately ordered from amazon with the free shipping (remember, I'm cheap). In four days I had the system. I was still clogged. I immediately opened the package, assembled what I need to, and used it. I Let the ear drops soften the wax and used warm water. It cleared my clogged ears. I was surprised at the amount and size of the chunks of wax that came out of both my ears. I could hear again. My wife comments that the system must have worked because I have even turned down the volume of the tv. The bottom line: I highly recommend this system for those who have the same problem as I do - those who regularly generate excessive ear wax. Spend the money for the system, take care of it and I believe you'll only have to buy it once - it is worth it.

Cleared my clog in a couple treatments...
After almost 40 years of using Q-tips without issue I finally had a problem and ended up plugging my ear with wax. I inadvertently covered the entire eardrum with wax and it was incredibly annoying. I had hoped it would work itself out but after a few days I got desperate. I used the camera KZYEE Ear Scope 2.0 Megapixels 720P HD USB Digital Otoscope Anti-Hot Ear Camera Earwax Removal tool with 6 Adjustable LEDs for Micro USB & USB-C Android Devices,Windows & MAC PC-White to confirm it was wax and not something else. First time I followed instructions to the letter and it helped somewhat but my issue was really bad. Second time I used hydrogen peroxide in my ear for 10 minutes and it did a much better job breaking up the wax. Where this excels however is having a war to forcefully propel water directly into the ear canal to dislodge the wax. The water should be body temperature for best results. Two flushes and a dime sized piece of wax came out of my ear into the specially designed ear cup to capture the run-off. Finally I could hear like normal again. I highly recommend this along with the camera if you ever need to do a deep clean of your ears. It was worth every penny. I would save the hydrogen peroxide only for the worst clogs though, the fluid that comes with this is probably better and easier on your sensitive ear skin. Finally I rinses one last time with the Ph balancing solution included though in hindsight I don't know how necessary that truly is. Be aware, while possible, it is much easier if there is a 2nd person to help you use this, especially to squeeze the squirt bottle which requires raped squirting while keeping the bottle fairly steady in your ear.

Amazing product!!! Works great!
My 6 year old has always had excessive ear wax, it bothers him and makes him uncomfortable. We’ve had many visits to the Pediatrician in regards to his ear, on our last visit, she tried to remove the wax with a pick which hurt, and she was not getting much out. Then she tried this spray to flush out his ear and wow!!! All this wax came out. I needed to get this for home as his ear creates so much wax buildup. We’ve used it at home and I’m just amazed at the amount of wax that is removed. It does not hurt and he says it feels nice. I would recommend this product 100%, It works great and easy to use.

100% Worth It!
Rarely do I take the time to write product reviews. But i felt it was necessary here. This product is GREAT and worth the money if you're like me and have terribly clogged ears. You may have to try each ear 1-3x but it actually works. I was able to remove a disturbing amount of wax from my ears. I found that dripping the softening solution in one ear and waiting 10 minutes with your head tilted to the side worked the best for me. Good luck guys.

Great for inbetween visits to the clinic.
My husband wanted this product to more effectively clear his ears when they clog up with wax. It was helpful and almost as good as whatever the nurses use.

Waste of money
Followed the instructions to the letter. Didn't work whatsoever. The water that came out after spraying was as clean as when I put it in the bottle.
