This is really the best headset. I had this at my previous job at the help desk. I used to wear this 9 hours a day every working day for the last 4 years. Once the correct size ear insert is attached then the headset is so comfortable that you would forget you are wearing it. I no longer work at the help desk so I had to give the headset back but I am so impressed with the sound quality, battery life and overall durability that I decided to splash out and have my own personal one.Battery life - lasts for days on stand by, 6-7 hours of calling.Sound quality is great, the best of all the headsets I tried - both the earphone and mic.Comfort is perfect - after 10 minutes you don't feel it anymore.If you are like me tired off faffing about with the cheap "premium" earbuds and just want something that really works as advertised - you need this.

You may look a bit like a taxi driver running around wearing one of these BUT THET ARE WONDERFUL!!Never miss a call whatever you are doing, they are extremely comfortable so much so that it’s quite possible to forget you have it in your ear even after 8 hours.Plus it carries on working even in the rain!

Until now, noise cancelling went into overdrive back ground noise, cancelling my voice completely.Works ok in a silent background.I have to admit that the quality of the headphones are deteriorating Until now they have been brilliant

pretty much the same in appearence to many other earpieces but with more functions. quality wise it's nothing special. well made and quite light. I find it a bit loose on the ear even with the largest fitting but that seems to be common with this type of device. Bit complicated to operate with several functions. Voice answering is useful as the buttons are VERY small. Soung quality is fine at my end and the persons I'm calling. All in all worth the extra cost compared to the cheaper devices.

Don't buy this. Expensively obsolete.There's no way to activate HD voice or change the sensor settings thanks to Poly (HP's rebranded Plantronics) software either on Desktop or mobile disallowing any changes to the settings. I've even contacted HP in order to get the downgrade firmware file so I CAN change the settings and they repeat the same useless instruction:- use the app.For what I paid (twice what it's predecessor headset cost me) I expected nothing but HD voice, but it's off by default which is utterly stupid, there's no need to have it in some long life battery mode or compatibility mode for modern mobiles. Again, excrement thinking by HP/Poly to leave this on a product they still sell yet basically don't support.If I could enable the HD voice on another device, that'd be fine as a workaround. However - nothing, not my Mac, PC, any of my phones can manage this with the pants software that HP/Poly supply, and thanks to the firmware (v110) you simply can't make those changes to the setting on the headset - so you buy what's worse than a headset released more than a decade ago.I invite HP/Poly to step in and reply with something that resembles a solution, but I'm convinced returning it is the only one that will resolve the issue.

I have many earphones and tried to use them to do phone calls but their microphones would definitely not do the trick. This peace has the best microphone! I have used it for a week now and I am super happy and excited to use it. Battery life is awesome, it charges quickly, super easy to set up and use. It connects quickly to the phone, It has its own volume which can be super helpful on a call. A friend recommended that headset, he has used others, some of them were more expensive and couldn't compare to the quality of that one. Perfect headset for calls!! I highly recommend it!

Found the call quality good and generally get two to three days between charges.It has however in my opinion probably the worst charging connection around. It's pot luck as to wether or not the headset makes a sound connection with the charging adapter and the slightest disturbance is enough to break the connection.

Klarar HD-voice, magnetisk kontakt till laddaren.Installera Plantronics/Poly app eller program i datorn för att ändra språk, aktivera talande nummerpresentatör, aktivera HD-voice, m.m.Bästa headset jag haft. Det håller för dagligt bruk i många många år. Detta är mitt andra headset.

Deze headset vervangt een goedkoop exemplaar, wat een goeie actie was. Prima headset dus, maar een paar kleinigheidjes om rekening mee te houden. Er zitten minuscule knopjes op die je makkelijk per ongeluk indrukt, zodat je dan ineens onhoorbaar bent of zo. Went wel.Soms is het lastig om de speaker goed voor het oor te draaien, maar ook dat went.Hij zit prima, gebruik hem als carkit. 7 uur spreektijd, met waarschuwingen voordat de stekker eruit gaat.Het bijgekochte oplaaddoosje is praktisch, beschermt en laadt gelijktijdig op.

L'auricolare funziona molto bene, ho cercato a lungo qualcosa che potesse sostituire il magnifico Explorer 50 (sempre di Plantronics, ormai fuori produzione) e questo ci riesce egregiamente (anche se costa molto di più). Pensavo fosse troppo grande e pesante e invece non mi accorgo nemmeno di indossarlo, si sente molto bene, buona reattività ai comandi (anche vocali per rispondere alle chiamate), lo uso per ore (anche per ascoltare Audible) e la batteria regge per giorni. La distanza a cui si scollega è un po' inferiore rispetto al 50 ma va bene.
