Have you had any issues with the dominoes sliding down from the built in trays/racks? Do they stay up or they keep falling down?

I haven't had any problems. They don't fall over or slide. When we use it in the water, water fills up inside the tray but it doesn't affect the dominoes.

what clear top you used to cover the sticker? And how Can I make the table to float in the water?

Can use the Foam Noodles, life jacket, etc… or buy the floating table

Would this be able to float, or rest on something that floats? In other words, if it were to rest on something would it be too heavy?

I've not tried that. The top is not that heavy but I don't know if it will float. Sorry
