I bought a set of resistance bands before, but cracks appeared soon after using that resistance band. How about this resistance band?

When using resistance bands, do not place them in sharp or sharp places! This is easy to break, and I used to worry about it before, but this resistance band suit is great! Because it comes with a protective cover to prevent direct contact with the resistance band, I like it very much and I recommend it!

Can you do overhead presses with these. Im 6 feet 2 inches so not sure these are long enough

The yellow and red bands hooked under foot, great for overhead presses, using the others depends on strength

I want to buy a set for my friend. He is a fitness trainer, but he is recovering from a broken leg. Can I give it this resistance band?

Hi , I use these for a chin up and pull up aid and they are good for that use. The resistance bands come in multiple strengths so would be great to use for recovery as your friend can build up the strengths of the bands as his health improves.
