Covers the basics of everything you need.
This will definitely give you an advantage if you're thinking of entering a field involving engineering. I am a senior in college studying computer engineering, I wish I would've read this book before I started, not to mention i’m still learning a lot. (If you’re thinking of taking engineering in college I highly recommend reading this.)

My only problem is that it still didn't make it simple enough for me to learn all the basics, but I am sure this is my problem not the books.

Beginners guide
As an almost complete beginner this book is a n excellent supplement for the information I don't know or haven't been taught.

Independently published, not edited
I didn't realize that this was independently published, although it is stated in the product specifications. I went back to see if this was the case after encountering multiple errors and inaccuracies. It doesn't seem that the author had his work reviewed by anyone, or anyone qualified to catch the errors. Furthermore, when I finally got to the content I am not educated in (computer engineering), I was disappointed that the explanations were not detailed or clear.
