How does this compare to layrite cement clay??

Much stronger. So Layrite cement clay is nice, feels strong at first, but, it does lose a lot of it's hold after like 3 to 4 hours. This stuff, it takes a minute to settle in, but then, the dryness comes out and the hold sets in. And then it's smooth sailing. Another thing is the shine. Layrite is not a matte finish. It's a natural - low shine finish. This Reuzel Extreme, It's a very well balanced product. You have the slightest sheen at first when you apply, but it applies with minimum tug. And then, a minute later or so, when it sets, it then turns into a nice matte finish.

Does it run down if you get rained on or start sweating?

Can’t speak for rain, we don’t have much here, but sweat doesn’t seem to be a factor. Of course how much you use could impact your experience

Is this good for lady’s pixie cut to piece it out?

Based on what that cut looks like. I would say probably not. It had a pretty strong hold that doesn't give it that real natural look. The matte is fine, just the texture would be more clotted. I would suggest maybe the kingpin matte clay pomade. It's softer with a decent hold. Smells like a cola gummy bear though.

Is there a Reuzel product with a stronger hold than this? I feel like it still doesnt hold all day

Mine holds like glue. I would guess your experience is because this isn't the actual product. As others have commented, including myself, this feels like a knock-off product in a Reuzel container.
