This is my first muslin and I am already excited

Not suitable for fitting/pattern making!
I bought it for clothing sample making (prototype). On the photo you can see that they advertise it for such purpose (photo on the mannequin). However, this product is absolutely NOT suitable for modeling. It’s been a pain to readjust (as it keeps moving around and stretching). Something that was supposed to be 20 min job now turns into an hour as you need to readjust the fabric! I’d rather sew on 7-10 dirham rayon/polyester than this.I do understand that sellers do not have experience working with the products they sell, but I wish they educated themselves in order to provide suitable products to their customers.In the future I’ll order the material from abroad as it will be exact product and it would cost me less.That to say, the material itself is comfortable to touch, but do not advertise it as a product for fittings/pattern making! Now I’m left with 9m fabric that doesn’t suit my purpose!

Perfect for toiles
I’m using this for making toiles for sewing. For that, I think it’s superior to other brands I’ve purchased on Amazon. It doesn’t unravel ridiculously, and the weight is perfect for my needs (fairly heavy with some body). It comes folded, which is a little more work than just grabbing a bolt, but the better quality is worth the extra trouble for me. I notice that there are some comments that it’s too thin. If these comments are coming from photographers using this as backdrop, I would agree that it’s probably too thin for that.
