I use 1s 3.7v 500mah lipos with a jst connector. can i check voltage with this without bending its pins? can i use it to discharge my 1s batteries?

The red JST plugs are the correct size. The white micro plugs will work but you have to be careful since the distance between pins is slightly greater than the micro plugs.

where can i get the 9 wires (8s and 1 neg) and connector for this unit ?

You use the balance connector off your lipo. It measures up to 8s. Plug it in so the ground is on the ground and how many cells you have use the other pins.

Is there nimh ec3 connector adaptor for the cellmeter 8?

There is no need for an adapter to use this meter.
