Works but handle peels after about 8 months
Looked good for about 8 months, then the handle started to peel even though we don't use any abrasives or soaps on it.I was informed that the warranty does not cover this.Otherwise good.

Beautiful but didn’t last
Really disappointed, we finally invested in this set (we also bought the matching toaster) for our new kitchen and within 6 months the wood style handle casing has started to come off leaving a big patch where you can see the plastic handle underneath. Not the quality or durability I expect from Swan or from any kettle

Looks nice and does the job well
Nice colour that goes with my kitchen, boils quickly and I guess is energy efficient as it keeps the water hit for a good while. The weight is good and the lid is easily removed for filling and attached securely. Not any more noisier than normal kettles so I don't know why some others mention it's noisy ... Kettles are not silent! The wood effect handle is a nice addition and it doesn't slip in the hand. I would say it's excellent value for money and is durable. All in all a good kettle that's worth the price!

Good looking modern kettle
Love the colour of this kettle. Very pleased with the product. It boils water swiftly & without to much noise, very useful in open plan household.Not sure how the kettle will perform over a long period of time as it is not industrial type quality.At the price paid very pleased aesthetically & functionality.
