Really nice touch and feel book for toddlers ..better than my expectations

This is a great book for teaching young children new words with the added extra of being able to feel the texture of the figures on show. Some of the words are for older children though, not babies, so I would say it is pitched more for ages 2-3.

My 2 year old son is developmentally and speech delayed. This book was suggested by his speech therapist. My son started talking at 22 month (one word, has apraxia of speech) and can properly label most of the photos in the book.

I received This book as a gift in 2007 for my son, He loved it so much. Along with his baby brother. Then I had to buy another one for my daughter. Now This is the book i buy anyone who invites me to a shower. Now that Books sub as cards! What a great idea. This book it great for learning abcs and hands on learning.

My go-to gift for people with children. I read this to my children and now my grandchildren and give it as a gift to many friends over the years with little ones. The sensory places are fun to rub the bottoms of little feet against, help little hands feel the yarn, look in the mirror, or be tickled on the rough patches. It is a magical book for little ones beginning at about three months of age.
