Do I rinse after 30+ minutes of waiting or do I just go straight to eating and drinking?

I use as any mouthwash. Use the Optic White to rinse mouth for 1 minute. Your teeth will be noticeably whiter. I use as mouthwash after eating so waiting 30+ minutes before drinking or eating is not an issue.

Does this mouthwash kill bacteria?
