Cutting Board Oil

Nice product. I’ve used it on 3 different wooden kitchen implements (spoon, cutting board and bowl). It gives them a nice luster.

After heavily researching the best oil to keep my cutting board from drying out I found that mineral oil was overwhelmingly recommended. I chose Howards Products because they had the best reviews. I am extremely happy to say it has done a better job on my new bamboo cutting board and the old pseudo-built-in wood cutting board that has been in my home for 30 years. I love that the oil absorbs well, doesn’t smell or leave a greasy residue after I wipe off the excess oil. Best of all Mineral Oil doesn’t turn rancid like almost all other oils and it is lasting well. Bottom Line? This is the best oil I’ve found for wood surfaces on which food is prepared. Buy it and I believe you’ll be very happy.

Purchased based on the great reviews. Does the job and used it on all my kitchen cutting boards. It was a long while ("hot minute") since I treated my boards, and they are now happy.

We replaced the top on our kitchen's portable island and I applied this in four coats to the new wooden top. It applied easily with a clean rag. I waited 1-2 hours between the first three applications, and overnight for the fourth. I then let it sit overnight again before applying the conditioner made by the same company. It looks great and is in service.

Never used anything like this before. Went on the advice of our son. Bought it and used as directed. Seemed to work as advertised. Compared to similar items, the cost seemed a little better than most, plus this one came with overall good reviews and recommendations.

bought this to treat & clean my new butcher block cutting boards. Arrived sealed and was surprised there was no leakage in the box. after reading the directions on the bottle I applied a small amount to my cloth and applied it to all sides of my cutting board. I applied 2 thin coats of the oil and didn't notice any smells and there was no stickiness. It was pretty easy to use and so far it has protected my cutting boards from stains. This product has helped my cutting boards keep their look and durability.
