Commande bien reçu mais les paquets etaient ouverts. Aparemment il y a tout. Par contre l interrupteur ne correspond pas à celui de la photo.

Très bien, fait parfaitement le boulot, pas dur à installer ni à régler si on bricole un peu. Il faut un peu de matériel c'est normal, sinon appel à un pro mais le prix ??? Le moteur lui est super

Utilisé pour motoriser un volet roulant dans un bloc baie (volet intégré à la fenêtre), ça fonctionne sans problème. J'ai tout de même acheté en plus un support en galva non vendu sur Amazon, spécial bloc baie mais avec celui fourni ça aurait aussi fonctionné... Pour les attaches tablier, j'ai gardé ceux d'origine par facilité, les clicksur fournis permettent de simplifier le réglage des fins de course et éviter le soulèvement du tablier (mais si on vous cambriole, le tablier sera arraché sur le côté probablement donc l'utilité est limitée) Le moteur est vendu avec 3 type d'adaptateur pour les axes d'enroulement. Dans mon cas, un tube octogonal de 60, le moteur rentre sans problème. De l'autre côté du moteur on conserve le support d'origine et ça fonctionne. Seule difficultée au final, ramener l'électricité proche du caisson (0.75 mm2 suffisent mais la norme est de 1.5 mm2). Le protocole Io est préférable au RTS pour le retour d'information, mieux vaut payer un peu plus cher, surtout si on a une Tahoma box pour la domotique. Fonctionne sans aucun souci avec Alexa (j'ai 7 volets entièrement automatisés avec ces moteurs).

Installed it ourselves and it works perfectly. It is a plug and play system. We didn’t use the included cable as we were replacing a broken motor. Will be repurchasing in the future.
