Worked great for 2 years, then died

This unit worked great for just under 2 years then started showing e351 error. After calling local repair shop they said it is irrepairable from Spectra. I tried emailing Spectra three times with no response. We have four Spectra lasers and will now be buying Bosch or another brand that actually has customer service...
