Nighty...Night
I often have trouble sleeping and joint pain so, I thought I'd try these. It's nice that you only need to take one and have found they do help me get and stay asleep as well as , helping with soreness. You may want to take with a little food, I found the ginger on an empty stomach can be irratating and may actually keep you up with heart burn. Just keep that in mind and these will work fine.

This product tops all others I have tried, thats saying a lot! When I run out, it is a scramble for me to refill. Amazon is the best considering I live rather remotely so the fact I can order products that arrive a few days later is nice. Give New Chapter Sleep Aid a try, you will not be disappointed. Also, I trust also New Chapter as a brand.

Upset Belly
I love all of New Chapters other products but this one just does not agree with me. Tried it multiple times. It upsets my stomach, a lot of gas under the ribs, burping and makes me sweat. The concept is great, pain relief and deep sleep but the side effects are uncomfortable.

Didn't help with pain
I definitely had to eat some yogurt after taking the one pill because it upset my stomach. It didn't help me at all with my physical pain which was disappointing. It might have helped me a little bit with my sleep but not much. But the biggest disappointment was it not helping with my pain.

Really works and helped pain
This stuff really works! After 38 years of using various prescription sleeping pills and building up a tolerance to them and trying various OTC supplements I tried this. Put me to sleep and stayed asleep. Called to company to tell them and asked them to never discontinue them. So far have not built up a resistance and it also really helped my pain. Talking about back, neck, headaches and diabetic nerve pain. My doctor is amazed. Try it.

Numb tongue
I am in night 2 of this. Slept great but as soon as I take this my tongue goes numb so it’s going to be a no go

Great Product..
I don’t know this time.. My bottle was crushed and not safe to use.. I didn’t get to use my product.. I do live the product it’s great in helping me sleep..
