This is a tried and true, quality product. I’m a loyal purchaser of it, because I’ve tried other brands. They almost always have too little cotton on the end, and the sticks (often plastic) poke the inside of the ear and are quite painful. Not Q-tips. Never have I felt pain by their use. They are comfortable because they have more cotton, which makes cleaning easier, and the stick is not as flexible as other brands, so is easier to use.
