My waist has always been substantially smaller than my hips. Consequently, nearly all of the pants and shorts that I buy need alterations. Over the past few years I’ve lost about 80 pounds and do not have the resources to replace all of my clothes. These “buttons” are a tremendous asset. They prevent my slacks, especially my jeans from gradually sliding from my waist to my hips and then further south. They are relatively easy to put on your pants but you should exercise a little caution on knits. If you don’t get the button in the right place on the first try, it can be tricky to move it without damaging the fabric. I’d suggest you apply them to denim or other heavy fabrics first and once you get that right you’ll be able to move to less durable fabrics. Clothing prices are are quickly escalating so these no-sew replacement buttons will stretch the useable life of your jeans/slacks.

These are amazing because they helped me be able to fix my favorite pair of jeans that lost the button. Also, I could adjust them to be slightly smaller for a more tailored fit. All of the styles are cool. You can swap out colors for a different look! Putting them on is easy! Plus, the pin wasn’t falling off at all when I wore them around today. Would 100% recommend!

Good for if you need a button in a pinch but the part that connects to the main piece sticks out to far so it digs into your skin when you wear your jeans making it uncomfortable. Good for emergencies but not long term use

After losing a truck load of weight that I need to put back on I decided to buy these pins for my jeans. It allows me to keep my jeans up while I grow back into them.

I’m a 27” waist and 38” hip, so I’m always dealing with a big gap at the waist of my jeans. No more!! These buttons work brilliantly. Placing them one inch to the right of the regular button dramatically reduces, or eliminates that waist gap. And it’s really not noticeable from the front. Love these, and every girl with curves needs to have them at the ready!
