A Must-Have
These grips are a fantastic addition to any workout routine. I was hesitant at first because of the price, but they have proven to be worth every penny. They make pulling exercises like dumbbell rows and pull-ups much more effective by taking the strain off your grip and allowing you to focus on the target muscles. The setup is quick and easy compared to traditional straps, and the quality is excellent. They feel durable and secure as of now. If you are serious about lifting, these are a great investment. I only wish I had bought them sooner.

Excellent, simply excellent.
What can I say? Perfect product. If your grip is the limiting factor on compound movements, or if simply you wish to train it separately, or for whatever reason, this product is pretty much peak.

Things just sort of...stick
Weights just kind of stick to you. You can simply walk by a dumbbell rack and the 40kg dumbbell will float into your palms and you'll be able to defy gravity. Seriously tho, they really help with grabbing the bar and making it so your grip doesn't fail halfway through the set. Sizing really matters so get the right size. They take sometimes for the foam to break in. Sweat, heat, usage will help the foam padding conform to your wrists over time. They start out a bit uncomfortable but it's worth putting up with it for a few weeks until they break in because of the improvement in grip. I don't know what they are made of but it's great
