Good but it's cover stitches are flimsy, zipper came off
I liked the support I get for my back but I didn't receive the coupon for discount on coozly cover which I wanted to buy. Also the stitches of cover could be better. Or else the cover should have been left little loose when made cz when u remove and try to put the cover back after wash, it literally was soo tight that it got torn near stitches at top. I really treasured it like a teddy so it hurts to see its cover in such a condition now
