The device DOES work and it will help you adjust your posture, train your back and also strengthen your core muscles. The app gives you many settings so you can select your vibration, its strength, length, etc. The one problem are these adhesives. And yes, they do only last 3 days (one adhesive). I solved that. Once the adhesive loses its grip, I added some double-side tape on it and it worked perfectly - for many more days. Once that was also used up, you add another strip of double-side tape. And it will go for months. I found it works best if the tape is put on top of the used up adhesive, not straight on the device. Overall, I do advise this product, it actually does help.

Great gadget
This is a great gadget to remind you to sit or stand up straight. Very simple to use. You get a vibration when you slouch which you can set from a tiny vibration to a fairly big one. You can also adjust settings for how much you slouch and how long for. One sticker lasts for weeks on me. I do have the necklace too which is better, but I only use it if I am wearing something where it doesn't show.
