A budget friendly machine for a small workstation or a mini server to run some VMs on
I have been very happy with the machine. I am using it to run some small server apps on windows and on a Linux Virtual Machine with no challenges. I found Windows 10 Pro pre installed on the machine via a digital license that I was able to link to a Microsoft Account. I observed the network flows from the device and didn't notice anything out of ordinary. I tested the machine with some workloads and found the cores temps would hover around 70c. I found the fan noise to be minimal during those periods. It would continue to perform the task while maintaining that temperature. One very minor hiccup I had, my PC after the second day started telling me on the boot that the power supply was lower than rated and it would slowdown performance. I found that the machine went at a crawl.... 800 MHz on all cores. The power supply received is a 90 W supply, likely the cause was a contact got hung up from the power supply to tell the PC that it was high wattage. To work around this I used ThrottleStop app from TechPowerUp to disable the throttling caused by the PC thinking it has an indequate supply. That put all cores back to the normal speed of 2.4 GHz.

Good Value, and decent power in a very small package!
I had a couple of very specific applications for computers this small. These units did exactly what I needed! Enough power to run Win 11 without any lag - general purpose. The CPUs are the "T" versions that are a little less powerful. So these units are NOT for bleeding edge applications like 3D CAD, etc. But they do handle Teams Video without any trouble at all. I have one as a multi-user setup for a shared meeting room. Works like a charm - no complaints from the users. I'd buy these again. :)

Hardrive Missing
Didn't work, something was shaking inside of it and the trouble shoot said that it was missing a hard drive. Had to return but I am going to buy another one to see if I can get one that works

Great Media computer!
It's exactly what I needed to replace a android media box. However.... The devil is in the details. In any refurb computer, you don't know what you're getting for an operating system load. Most people take them for face value. I do not. I found 2 additional partitions of unknown origin on the drive (there should only be 2, not 4). My standard SOP for all refurb systems purchased for home or work have their drives removed and fresh drives installed and the operating systems re-installed from scratch and then updated to the latest security patches and hot fixes. Overall, I'm satisfied with the 7060 shipped. No broken USB ports, no wiggly power supply port. The display port to HDMI adapter works great on the big screen TV. The wired keyboard and mouse were new in box. I did not use the wifi dongle, but the 1Gb wired Ethernet port works great. No slow downs on the streaming. Dimensions of this are a bit bigger than a standard android stream box, but well worth the horse power, extra RAM and M2 storage. Boot time is about the same as a android box.

Fast and cheap
I love this computer, I have no complaints about it, speed and general performance has been what was expected. One small complaint, the AC adapter was not compatible with the mini CPU, but I found an adapter at the bottom of the box that solved that.

Small & Powerful
Update - Lesson learned: if something isn’t right, it’s a lot quicker to just swap entire device through Amazon vs dealing with vendor. The vendor did send a replacement power supply (took over a week) and now all is good. The good: Arrived timely. Packed very well. Clean and like new condition. Included power supply, wireless keyboard and mouse + wifi antennae and DisplayPort-to-hdmi adapter. The bad: So far it’s been very sluggish performance (and I’m not playing games). An Intel I7 should be snappy fast. Bootup shows AC power alert. The system is being throttled even though the power supply is 130w. This issue has since been fixed with replacement power supply.

You get what you pay for
Not OEM wifi/bluetooth, came with some cheap dongles that consume 2 USB ports and look like they'd break in an hour anyway. Pretty banged up. Functional and still decent for the price.

Works Great
System arrived and worked perfectly out of the box. BIOS was easy to navigate and installing Proxmox was easy. This box has now been running as a Home Assistant server along with a few other virtual machines and containers for more than a month with no issues. Great power for cheap money and a small form factor. The only issue was that the peripherals they sent (I wasn't expecting any, so it didn't lower my score) were the junkiest I have ever seen. The keyboard reeked of some kind of chemical smell, and the mouse wasn't much better. Unfortunately, these ended up in the trash almost instantly. I wish they wouldn't have sent them.
