RIDGE WASHER Pressure Washer Hose 50 Feet X 3/8 Inch for Hot and Cold Water, with M22 14 mm to 3/8 Inch Quick Connect, 4000 PSI

I don't like to write negative reviews for products or even have the time, but for this product I want to write a review. I purchased this hose as a back up for my pressure washer. My original hose finally burst after 3 years and I was on the job and had this hose as the back up and as soon as I started to use the hose, it burst right where it connects to the fitting. I was shocked that this hose didn't even last one freaking job. I have purchased different hoses for the last 21 years and I never had a hose burst on me on the first job. I'm very very disappointed with this hose and I really think the manufacturer should run better quality test before putting for sale!!

I wanted to love this hose. So the first issue I have is that there is a tape over the lettering the length of the hose. You can’t peel it off all in one piece or I would. It comes off in like 3 to 6 inch pieces. I would prefer not to take it off at all. But as you’re using it, the tape falls off. I was pressure washing a pool and this tape stuff falls off and jams up the sump pump I had set up to drain the water back out. The next major thing about this hose is that the quick disconnect fittings on both ends of the hose are frozen solid. I know how to use a quick disconnect. I use my air compressor all the time. This hose is frozen solid onto my pressure washer. I’m not very happy that can’t just disconnect the hose. I have tried to release using the quick disconnect. I have tapped it, used wd40, tugged, etc. The hose and quick disconnect fitting are permanently seized together. At this point, I would have to say don’t buy this hose

Hose Broke in 2 places after first use. First use was just testing it out for 10 minutes, rolled it back up on a hose reel and when we went to use it the second time there waas 2 breaks in the hose.

I was impressed with the hose and fittings right out of the box until I saw it was made in China. I used it one time with no issues until I was rolling up the hose after approximately two hours of usage and noticed the rubber was chafed through in several areas exposing the wire. Rubber is a very poor quality. I would not recommend.

I am a mobile detailer. This is perfect for washing card. The hose is very heavy duty. You can run over it multiple times it will not break. It will not kink up. This is perfect if you’re a homeowner or commercial Car Wash I dragged this thing a lot I run over it. It doesn’t want to break better than the OEM you should get one. I recommend this worth the money.

For the money, this is a great hose set up. First off, it's 50' long. This is great because you'll move your bpressure washer less. Next it is a true 3/8" i.d. hose. Many sellers on Amazon sell a 1/4" hose with 3/8" couplers and try to miss lead you saying it's a 3/8" hose. This is the real deal. The couplers I was sent are of good quality so far. They attached to my wand and pressure washer just fine and no leaks. The hose itself is well made and very heavy duty compared to the original hose that came with the pressure washer. Because the hose is heavy duty, it is heavier than the original hose. It's also not super flexible like the old hose but honestly this is a good thing if durability is high on your priorities. About kinking; when you first get the hose, unwrap it completely and lay it out straight in your work area. Then take one end and connect it to your pressure washer and the other end to your wand. This will keep it from kinking. If you don't do this, it's going to kink up on you. When you are finished using it, lay it back out in a straight line and then wrap it up. This will make storing it easier on you. Hope this helps someone.

The hose was good while it lasted. I have about 65 hours on the hose, and it got a pinhole leak. No option to contact the seller, only a troubleshooting option. Bummer.

Hose came apart from fitting at the end that hooks up to the pressure washer. Wasn't even under load at the time. I had used it for about 30-40 minutes to do a 19" strip of exposed foundation with no issue. Shut it down, moved everything around to do the same to the back of the house. Turned on the water feed and POP! The fitting was still attached to the machine, but the hose was not! Water shooting out the side. MACHINE WAS NOT ON. JUST THE NORMAL WATER PRESSURE. And I'm outside of the Amazon return window. UPDATE: Seller contacted me shortly after I left this review, asking what they could do to make it right. I requested a refund and they quickly and politely gave it to me! I wish it were possible to find their contact info prior to leaving the poor review, but I was unable to locate it.

Really good build quality

I have used and abused this hose for over a year dragging it along roads and what ever and will not kink or mark any surface like other coloured lines. It's def heavier than others but is worth it .

Works well, no issues. Bought 3 to extend wand length.

I bought 2 of these hoses for my restaurant exhaust cleaning business and run them everyday for the last year finally burst 1 on 1300psi hot water hotsy machine these have lasted you can also have them repaired for $100+ and get m22 fitting you can go wrong I also bought some cheap canpump lines they work but were not hot water rated but still used em they were alright but u can't repair them and they were only $10 less in price I also had a $250+ Simpson hot/cold water that burst in 2 months was able to get replacement but still haven't used it cuz it's got a weird coating pvc maybe? But these are very good hoses and will be buyin more
