If you are on the bench about this... just do it. If you are one of these people who thinks a filter lowers TDS, please educate yourself and stay off social media. Only an RO system can lower dissolved solids like sodium and calcium. The UF filter is enough to filter out most stuff found in water, but still has carbon to improve the taste and lower chemical/chlorine. With UK water generally being great anyway, I don't think you need their 3 stage system. This single stage is enough. There shouldn't be anything larger than 0.5 micron in our water. I fitted this to a 3 outlet tap so it wouldn't lower my water pressure/won't be used when I don't require filtered water (when washing pots etc). Although water pressure is definitely acceptable out of the filter. It has hardly lowered it. Simple to install. The hardest part is fitting a tee from the cold water main, but if you just fit it inline, it will be very simple. The taste between my unfiltered water and filtered is great. Much better than a filter jug and that chlorine/chemical smell and after-taste has gone. It is also slim enough that its fitted behind my cupboard, so I haven't lost any cupboard space. I have fitted a cheap access panel so I am able to reach in and change the filter... which is an easy 1/4 turn to remove. You do need to close the water (so fit a ball valve) and release the pressure as under pressure, it will spray for a split second if you leave it under pressure and remove the filter... ask me how I know! My only gribe is, I went for the smaller unit but looking at it, I could have got the bigger unit. But I am sure I could just fit the larger replacement filter next year. Finally, I can bin that filter jug thats in my fridge.

This is really good. Water tastes amazing and the difference is immediately noticeable. I was a little disappointed to notice limescale in my brand new kettle after just a couple weeks. Other reviews had suggested as much as a year since they noticed the same. However we may just be in a very hard water area. We had our plumber install this running a new cold mains water feed separate from the softener. It was really easy for him to do. The tap and filter are the perfect size and the styling is really premium. It matches perfectly with our other tap which was my hope. Honestly for the price you can’t go wrong. I’d have been looking at up to £300 to try and get a similar tap to the one I already have but with a little filter knob built in! We chose to install this one in the worktop and honestly it looks like it was meant to be. Seamless! Yes there’s always more you can do. I believe you can stack extra filters side by side from waterdrop. I’m not sure what I’ll do but even if I decide to go all in and upgrade to a reverse osmosis and remineralisation system I can likely reuse this tap and in the meantime it’s a vast no brainer improvement to the water we’ve been drinking!

Easy to install high quality

An effecient unit that does fit neetly under the sink. Many reviews have sstated that problems have been encountered in fitting the unit. This relaced an obsotete water filter. I would suggest that any problem can be overcome by fitting the outlet of the unit to a seperate tap using 12mm plastic pipe. The inlet is best fitted by inserting a T fitting into the mains pipe and then connecting again with 12mm plastic pipe. In this case a compression reduction fitting is requred but makes fitting a lot easier. Please do not forget to fit new olives to all connections. By doing this you will not have any leaking joits from your compression fittings. had this unti running though my water filter tap for a while now and all is working as expected.

Working very well so far and longevity of system seems to be longer than six months. Water supply where I live is foul tasting and this really does improve the taste and clarity for drinking/ cooking water. Recommended if you live in area with hard water. Fitting was easy and no leaks from system or tap so far.

The kit comes with everything you need to easily install it, including a sticker template as a guide to mount the unit. Even with limited space, this fits easily under the sink. The kit comes with additional connectors should you need them, depending on your pipework. The difference that this filter makes is incredible. The chemical smell is eliminated, the overall taste is vastly improved and as we had an orientation hole already blanked off, installing the additional tap was so easy. The flow is great and there have been no leaks at all. The kids can grab filtered water whenever they like. Almost bought a Virgin water machine but was put off by the expensive monthly cost. I'm so glad I went for this instead. This is a great value for money and have recommended to family too.

I really like this 10UA-UF water filter. The taste of the water is better and it doesn’t smell like chlorine. All my friends who tried it said that they liked the water. The filter was easy to install. I’ve been using it for two months already and really like it. The water pressure is great.

Really impressed with this Waterdrop filter which we’ve had for over 6 months now. The water tastes so much better here in Bristol, and the customer service from Becky was genuinely outstanding. Highly recommend.

Installation très facile, contrairement à ce qu'on pourrait penser sur la photo, les flexibles inox sont de bonne longueur (70cm, ils sont enroulés avec deux tours sur la photo...), ce qui facilite grandement le positionnement du filtre. Il n'est par ailleurs pas obligatoire de le fixer, il peut être simplement posé verticalement et calé sous l'évier. Le filtre se clipse sans aucune difficulté avec un système quart de tour, il n'y a aucune fuite. On peut aussi installer un autre type filtre de la marque Waterdrop, c'est un système standard chez eux. Très efficace sur le chlore, le goût a disparu complètement. N'a aucun impact sur le pH et le TDS (c'est bien indiqué dans le descriptif, ce n'est pas le but, voir du côté de leur fontaine à eau à osmose inverse WD-K19-H pour ça). Concernant le débit, je remplis le réservoir de 5L de ma fontaine WD-K19-H en 45 secondes, c'est plus que suffisant pour un usage courant. Globalement, je suis très satisfait de ce produit, qui coche toutes les cases, il est de très bonne qualité au niveau des matériaux, s'installe vraiment très simplement (tout est fourni), et fonctionne exactement comme prévu.

Ho installato il Waterdrop 10UB-UF sotto il lavandino della cucina e devo dire che ha davvero cambiato il modo in cui utilizzo l’acqua a casa. La prima cosa che ho notato è stata la miglior qualità dell’acqua filtrata: il sapore è più pulito, senza quell’odore o gusto di cloro che spesso si sente nell’acqua di rubinetto. Perfetta da bere così com’è, ma anche ottima per cucinare, preparare tè o caffè. Il flusso è costante e adeguato, e la filtrazione ultra fine a 0,01 μm mi dà fiducia che anche piccole particelle indesiderate vengano trattenute. La manutenzione è semplice: il filtro dura fino a 11.000 galloni, quindi non devo preoccuparmi di sostituirlo spesso. L’installazione sotto il lavandino è stata piuttosto agevole, e il sistema resta discreto, senza occupare troppo spazio. Un piccolo dettaglio da considerare: serve un po’ di spazio sotto il lavello e un collegamento all’acqua fredda, ma niente di complicato. La differenza quotidiana si sente soprattutto quando bevo direttamente dal rubinetto o cucino per la famiglia: l’acqua ha un gusto più fresco e naturale. Was perfect for what we needed. Everything was in the box that was needed for install outside of a wrench (it isn’t stated that it’s included so it was ok) The install was fast and easy even with my old style pipes. The install looks clean and works amazing, the water takes about 3-5 mins of flushing but turns crystal clear and tastes delicious. Will absolutely buy again if I need another one.
