will this cut 447 ACSR ?

I don’t know this type of cable but I googled it for pictures and it looks like it has thick threads. Depending on the diameter but I can tell you that I tried to cut 350MCM cable with it and it is nearly impossible for these types of cables, they can be either cut with only Some kind of a hydraulic cutter or cut with a metal saw. But I can tell you that it will cut clean and pretty easy the soft types of cables like used in welding machines. They cut like a 000-0000 sod cable no problem. But if the cable is hard with like 20 threads instead of 200 then no way!
