Fantastic red dot for a pistol! Fits the Glock 41 MOS (Fits All Glock MOS variations) without issues.
I put this on my Glock 41 MOS (will fit any Glock MOS model) and it is like cheating when you shoot! It makes target acquisition so fast and easy that others I shoot with want to use my pistol. If you are looking for a good red dot this is one of the best. And mine is used several times a week as I run 3 gun ranges at a police academy and it is worn and carried daily. The thing that I like about this sight over some others is its always on. That means carrying this as a concealed or open carry firearm you do not have to worry about turning it on and off. It's always on. And my sights are not OEM, they are high rise Trijicon night sights also and they match the red dot when all are lined up. Great in case the red dot battery should die and I do not notice it. Also if you are an instructor teaching, having the red dot line up with the sights is very helpful when explaining sight alignment and sight picture. It is a great teaching tool also. Rounded corners so nothing to cut or snag you on. As you can see in the second photo I use it at work also. PROS: Battery Life is VERY long Rounded Corners so no snagging Easy to line up and acquire the red dot Able to use high rise co-witness sights with it so never without a sighting system, even if it goes out for some reason Trijicon Customer Service is great! Not to big to prevent it from being on a CCW firearm. Great field of view CONS: None that I have found yet. Trijicon RM01 RMR 3.25 MOA LED Red Dot Sight

To say the least I am not very happy at this point
Received sight and noticed the provided battery was loose in the case. I later found the blister pack the battery was in obviously opened by someone else. There was not an operator's manual provided as there should have been. I called Trijicon and they provided me with one in PDF format. After I installed the battery the sight did not power up as it should have. When I compared the sight to the Trijicon website I immediately noticed there were no markings on my sight that matched the pictures of the sight on their website. To say the least I am not very happy at this point. Did I pay for a new sight and received one someone had returned because it had problems or did I receive a poorly made copy that is not Trijicon. I plan on returning the item at this point.

Good things come in small packages
Love Trijicon. Had an ACOG on the M4, but the magnification was not conducive to shooting at CQB distances. My eyes are getting old and slow and they don't adjust focus as quickly as they did 20 years ago. The RMR is just what I needed. The MOA is actually 3.25, not 4.0 as listed, so it's a little more precise. I'm using an American Defense QD co-witness mount. Iron sights are in the lower 1/3 of the sight glass (as it should be). I opted for the self-adjusting model (it was cheaper), and really don't see the need to manually adjust it. I tested the sight going into and out of darkened rooms, and the brightness adjusted itself just fine. The RMR comes in a nifty little see-through pelican case, and is a lot smaller than I thought it would be. I don't think it weighs an ounce. For it's size, it has plenty of glass, and I shoot with both eyes open anyway, so all I need is the little red dot to be superimposed on the target. No on-off switch; constantly on. I like that; can't forget to turn it on when you need it. The only thing that is a little disconcerting is that the underside of the unit is completely open -- not enclosed, covered or anything. The battery compartment is the underside, and you have to remove the sight from the mount to change the battery (once a year). No battery compartment cover: the exposed underbelly of the sight sits flush on the mount and that's it. I wouldn't immerse it in water, but it seems tough enough otherwise. A small sight with big performance. Recommended.

Used sold as new ?!?!
This is my fifth RMR, bought new on Amazon. They have all been perfect 4-5 stars used for legal CCW, but the latest is clearly used. The MOA on top is worn (barely visible) and the windage dial appears to have rust or dirt in it (no audible clicks either). I'm waiting for Trijcon to verify if it has been registered before, and/or old manufacture.

I love the sight
I love the sight. Installed on Glock 34 for plate shooting. However, it has randomly shut off three times in the middle of shooting. One second the dot is there, the next it is gone. I will be contacting mfg for a replacement.

Good, but........
I purchased this for installation on my Gen4 Glock 19. I got the slide back last week and hit the range. I put 300 rounds of various bullet types through the Glock and the sight seemed to hold up fine. I did notice towards the end of the shooting sessions that when firing +P rounds, the dot would drop off, firing the next round brought it back. This happened three times. A bit concerning. I have had another rmr on my Gen2 Glock 21 for more than a year with no issues. I have suppressor sights on as backup, but this is an expensive sight so I am hoping it is just a fluke or the batter is weak. But other than that issue, the sight performed as I expected it to. Took me only two tries to get the sight adjusted and it was dead on. This is not my first rmr, this is the fourth one I have owned. 08/25/2016 - Update The issue I had with the dot disappearing has been resolved. Added the plate and the issue went away. The battery had to be changed in June of 2016. Don't know how long it sat in the warehouse so, I am not going to complain too much. Now that the dot issue is gone, the sight has been running great. With more practice this sight is second nature. I would continue to recommend it.

Screwed by a Trijicon screw
Here's the height of not smart. The included wrench is NOT the wrench that works with the enclosed screws. The screws are correct as they match the screws in the Dragonfly Glock 17, which is designed for the RMR. Not Amazon's fault as the product arrived as promised. Now off to the gunsmith. Whom may I bill.
