Can you wear this all the time eg to work? (runmax weighted vests are too bulky for that).

The vest is not for work. Its too bulky but its great for walking.

What is the return policy for this item? I noticed that it is not a Prime item.

Can u get in the pool with it?

I would not recommend use in the pool!

Will this vest adjust to fit a child?

All depends on the size of the child I don’t know how small you can make it but I know it fits adults. It’s only 8 pounds so it is very light.
