Does this have side pockets?

This bag does not have side pockets. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter. It’s a beautiful bag and she loves it.

Is there a trick to make it glow in the dark or is mine possibly just defective?

Only some starts have the material overtop to glow. Shine a flashlight or something bright and then turn the lights off to see it it glows. They have to be exposed to light first

Does this peter pan loungefly have a spot to carry minnie ears? is there a designated spot with straps?

This is a beautiful bag, but no, it doesn't have a designated spot specifically to carry ears.

Is Tinkerbell on it ?

Yes. She's very small, and is flying next to Peter Pan.
