The only good band is the black one and that's if u ...

Wouldn't be my first choice. The only good band is the black one and that's if u use it low on the legs. All the rest roll up and are of no use to me

I use daily prevent scar tissue build up

Work as advertised. I had ankle surgery years ago and use them to keep scar tissue from accumulating and to keep my ankle strong. The loop at the end helps and can even use multiple bands together for a tougher workout. It also comes with a mesh bag to store the bands away when not using.
