If you are on a methylation protocol this conveniently fills ...
If you are on a methylation protocol this conveniently fills the gaps. It contains no folates or b12. It is EXTREMELY hard to find a b complex w/o either of those. Folic acid and cyanocobalamin are not forms of the b vitamins you want if you have a broken methylation liver pathway. Very small amounts of the other b vitamins so that if your generally sensitive to supplements you can safely see how you react.
