quick release trigger was lost while riding and now I was hoping to replace this part if possible (the trigger and the 2 bolts that hold it on)

I don’t know about your specific failure but I am familiar with the mechanism. You could remove the locking spring and pin at the fulcrum/hinge where it folds and insert a nut and long bolt. That would permanently lock it open but it would work. Be careful to closely inspect the spring loaded pins holding the handles in place. One of them broke causing the handle to fall out and my son took a bad spill. I removed them and installed a threaded bolt all the way thru for stability. Be sure to go over the whole scooter from time to time to check for loose screws and bolts.
