Take as directed. Everyone is different, you will find out what works for you. I do this cleanse every 6months. I take 2 pills in the morning and found that works best for me.

i would like to know if the suppliment information on the back of the bottle is true? it says 60 servings but there is 200 pills how is that possible?

Two pills a night works very well with a glass or two of water. More than 2 (which would be three) would still be 66 servings. Two pills work better taken at night. Now, if you work at night, then you should take these pills in the morning with a lot of water, and when you wake up, along with 20 or more steps, it should be enough. More than that, I'd say, eat a lot of vegetables.
