Why does Imalent MS03 Flashlight not work?

Remove the battery protection at the end of the battery. Make it as extra tight as it needs high current or it won't pass high current, will be off itself.

Why my light will turned on by itself?

This flashlight has a lockout function. When you don't use it, quickly press 4 times of the power switch button to lock it.

Does Imalent MS03 really output 13,000 lumens?

Yes, because it uses 3 pcs Cree XHP 70.2 Leds

How to lock my flashlight?

Quickly press the button four times to lock the flashlight; you can see the red indicator to show it is locked. Use the same way to unlock it, and you can see the green indicator to show it is unlocked.
