I generally go a bit further and brush my teeth and rinse after treatment.

Does it come with a tray?

No it does not. I use the one my dentist made for me. I think you can get generic trays you fit yourself. But, Those may not keep the solution off your gums as well, which may cause irritation

Non mint and works - easy use!

Great product to get teeth white over time. Had to pause after a few days because of some sensitivity but after the break it was a pleasure to use. I am relieved it has no mint due to allergy and everything teeth related has some sort of additive I can not have!
