Do these tattoo stickers come off when you sweat or enter the swimming pool?

No, it won't! But just be careful when showering. Don't wash the area where the tattoo too hard. And plus you can apply baby powder on your tattoo lightly for a longer wear. I love mines and I purchased them twice already. Enjoy!!

What can I use to make my temporary tattoo look more realistic?

Temporary, that’s exactly what you get not much of anything you can put on a temporary tattoo to make it look “realistic “ other than finding higher quality images

Is there instructions on how to use?

You just cut out the tattoo you want and peel the clear paper off, hold it against your skin and dampen it with cloth, hold it for a minute then peel it off

How do they look are the easy to spot as fakes?

I thought these looked really good! Definitely not 100% real looking (then look like fake tattoos) but in pics and from afar, they look pretty convincing if applied in the right way.
