Clear Audio: Voice clarity is good on both ends, which is essential for business use. Cons: No Display: As expected for a basic model, there is no caller ID or display, so keep that in mind. Design: Very simple and old-school design – not a negative, but something to be aware of. No ringer volume handset volume control
This item works well but I could not find Ringer Volume control and Hand set volume control buttons. Can someone help?

Best Product of the segment
One of the best Landline phone in the basic segment. Only thing I wanted to have cordless phone with 10+ memory numbers but the delivery of every such product was after a week
