Q: Can i use this product in freshwater tank?

I had no luck with this in fresh water. Used double the dosage and it completely failed to kill the planaria. A small minority dropped off but most just went on unphased. On the bright side snails also seemed fine.

Q: How toxic is the flatworm's juice to fish? I have some sensitive fish including moorish idol. Should I be worried about them when using the Exit?

Yes, you should be worried. You cannot know how many worms there are. If you see a lot, imagine 5-10x more in hiding. I lost shrimp, snails, urchins, and fish aren’t well.
