Indiana Jones 4-Movie Collection (Includes: Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom) Review: Great Collection, Fantastic Quality - This four movie Blu-ray comes on five discs. All four Indiana Jones (Raiders) movies before 2023 are included in this set, and they have all been remarkably digitally restored, both video and audio in THX. The video is crisp, clear, with luxuriously saturated colors, even for the original Raiders of the Lost Ark made over 40 years ago. The video quality is so crisp and clean, the detail so fine that the credits seem fuzzy when reading the characters. Each movie is on its own disc, and the extras on each of these discs is confined mostly to teasers. However, the fifth disc contains probably 7-8 hours of the typical extras you would expect to find on a Blu-ray disc, including an original standard definition television-quality making of from 1981, but the others were are much clearer—not quite modern high definition, but still quite satisfactory. It's a great collection at a great price. An easy way to spend a lazy Saturday afternoon or holiday day off. It's also an amalgamation of culture and now history. I remember seeing the first Raiders movie with a friend in 1981 and jumping out of my seat in fear of the rolling boulder. My friend was of a Hollywood background and told me that Raiders was essentially an homage to the old "adventure" movies, which I did not understand at the time. I now see the Raiders series as an essential element of movie history. Which brings me to my last point, which is only a mild warning: this collection does NOT include the 2023 installment "Dial of Destiny," but I find that to be OK. When this collection was made, the most recent installment was not yet made. Review: these movies span decades. - This is a review on this product & the new addition to the franchise. 1st the quality is outstanding, they have cleaned up small discrepancies from the original movies. Such as little details like in the original you could see Harrison Ford's reflection in the glass separating him from a deadly cobra. In general, they improved the visual & audio. As far as the movies themselves from the beginning to the end they have paid great attention to details in the historical timeline. Not only in what was going on in the world ...but also the little things such as clothing, appliances, buildings, just about everything. Now there are those that say these movies are cheesy, that there is no way they could have escaped death especially the scene involving an airplane, rubber raft, mountain ...well I don't want to give away spoilers. True this is way over the top unbelievable. What people don't understand, this is the director's nod to the old cinema's "Cliff Hangers" or " Chapter Stories". Many Directors do this Lucas did it in " Willow" the doglike creatures hunting the baby were a direct nod to the make up in the old cult classic " Attack of the Killer Shrews." Personally, things like that don't spoil a movie for me. I have said many times. I don't care about big budgets, perfect special effects in a Fantasy/Adventure movie as long as it's well written and achieves its objective. To me that's entertaining you for an hour or two with excitement & fun. And trust me in that these movies succeed! I could go on and on about these movies but that would be superfluous. In short if you're into fun escapist adventure movies purchase without reservation. If you're looking for straight realism adventure, check out " K2 " a great film based on a true story that went under the radar. But for the price I found it worth my money to upgrade my old movies with these Blu-Rays.

Impressive transfer
Great collection, looks awesome with the 4K restoration. Dolby Atmos sounds awesome and just a great collection to have. Though the packaging is fine/good, I definitely preferred the bluray booklet style packaging that came out years ago with all 4 of them. As of March 14th 2026 the DIGITAL CODES (expired in 2023) still worked when redeeming through Paramaount/Fandango.

Good set of 4K UHD Blu-Ray Indiana Jones movies
Great set of movies. The first four Indiana Jones are really fun movies from my childhood. I like that they come in the 4k UHD format. I like to have high quality format for my personal collection.

Great collection
The content works well and is enjoyable, but the package did come a bit damaged. Even though the digital code said it expired in 2023, I was still able to redeem it in 2026. As an Indy fan, this was a must have. Would’ve given it a 5 had the package not been damaged. The discs seem ok,j just the package was messed up a little.

Indiana Jones a top ten favorite!
These movies were seen originally in the theaters. Here we are years later with vast improvements in home video options so picked this set up at a bargain price to upgrade existing DVD and Blu-Ray collections. It was a nice addition and not much new in extras but after viewing them once or maybe an occasional trip behind the scenes for nostalgia they are a not as heavily viewed as the movies themselves. The releases seem to be the same as the Blu-Ray releases with regard to menus, start up etc. The movies still hold the test of time in my opinion in Hollywood's better days compared to the type of movies released today. The John Williams soundtrack itself is iconic as the man in the hat himself and stands tall on its own. The movie sounds great as well as the soundtrack on a surround system. The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull seemed to be more of a let down of the four movies especially at the time but compared to the latest release that is of the "new" Hollywood in contrast it's not a bad film after all. In rating the films Raiders of the Lost Ark has to come in first since it introduces the character. The last Crusade is second best and easily ties or in some aspects could be number one. Sean Connery's performance is perfect as Indy's dad. The Temple of Doom is a darker film and John Williams score is amazing in that film. Kingdom of the Crystal Skull comes in 4th in this 4 movie collection. The box set contains a box within the cover that quad folds with five discs. It's compact so the discs overlap so removing the lower disc requires removing a disc to get to it a little more effort and time and stress on the case. It's not typically a favorite style of case but at least they aren't compacted all on one spindle subject to scratching as some multiple discs are packaged. The discs are plain but has decorative art. A small fold out "map" is included loose in the box or rests in the disc fold up casing. It has a "map" of events characters and on the opposite side the four original theatrical posters printed. Overall it's a nice set and if picked up a discount well worth it. I would honestly pay the retail price for it under any circumstances especially if Blu-Ray is already owned. It's a guess that a new box set will eventually release with all 5 films but given the reception somewhat disappointment in that film this box set will be the preferred set to have.

on 11-26-2024 3 of 4 codes worked, I am ok with it ... read this for the exact redemption process
I have the original trilogy DVD box set, and wanted to upgrade to Bluray and digital streaming. This set cam up as a Black Friday 2024 deal, so I took a chance on it. If you only want the physical disks, this set is perfect. All 4 movies plus a special features disk fit neatly in a single case. A+. For the digital versions, immediately on the flyer was 4 codes (one per movie), and a statement that you had to redeem codes by 2023. Uh oh. I tried the first code for Raiders. You visit a Paramount site, enter the code, and you only have the choice to redeem for Apple or Fandango. I chose Apple (insert "you chose ... poorly joke"). The code worked, the Paramount site said congrats you can watch it on iTunes (uh oh, not Apple TV). And clicking on the link to iTunes just brought forth an error message. After MUCH frustration and realizing no Raiders was showing up in Apple TV or Music (formerly iTunes), in a last desperate attempt I started over and reentered the code on the Paramount site. I got an error message saying the code was claimed, AND then another redemption code appeared below that. I copied THAT code, went into my Apple Tv app, to my profile, and to the "redeem gift cards or codes" section. After entering the new code, viola, Raiders immediately showed up in my movies that I own, AND in 4K UHD format! Repeating these steps worked for the original trilogy (all I really care to watch honestly), but Crystal Skull would not accept the code on the flyer as valid at all. So considering the other movies DID work and in a fantastic 4K UHD format, I am still happy. Pkus the extras and special features work for each movie when streaming, so you will not miss a thing except for Crystal Skull content, in which case you will need to fire up the ole Bluray player (PS4 for me). Good luck everyone, and long live Dr Jones!

A lot cheaper than the british version, as no unnecessary blu rays that I already own!
Excellent 4k quality, especially raiders which I first saw in the pictures when I was ten, when it first came out. Packaging not so good. Dolby vision is the one to go for on the options, which wasn't an option for another related very expensive box set, However, cheap and flimsy packaging which will no doubt be damaged after watching them for a second time.

Indiana jones is amazing. 4K makes it just a little better! You can’t beat these movies for adventure and fun and a huge ride to the end that’ll make the whole family feel happy! You owe it to yourself to see them in 4K!
