Excellent Product
This type of B vitamin is now recommended by a lot of nutritionists, so I tried it. I think they work well without giving you the energy zing that some other types give you. They provide energy, but don't feel like you just took a shot of adrenalin. They are also small and easy to take which is easier that some of the other B vitamins with all the fillers.

Best combo for MTHFR (has P-5-P)
I am compound heterozygous (MTHFR ). Which is normally not a huge deal, but I also have a history of stroke and autoimmune activity as well as activated Epstein-Barr virus. It becomes a little more important to get the right B complex. If you are experiencing non-stop fatigue and cannot figure out why definitely ask your doctor about Epstein-Barr virus and getting tested along with having a test for MTHFR. I exhausted the other options and finally may have my answer. It seems that Covid may have reactivated my Epstein-Barr virus, which should remain dormant after having mono when I was a teenager 30 years ago. I was going to go with a different company until I realized that they had a different form of B6 then was ideal for someone with MTHFR. This brand has the form I wanted. Here is why: Confirm B6 Form If the label just says “Pyridoxine” or “Vitamin B6” without specifying P-5-P, then it’s likely the inactive form (pyridoxine HCl). • Some people with MTHFR (or impaired liver detox) don’t convert pyridoxine well. • Look for P-5-P (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) — it’s gentler, active, and more effective for reducing homocysteine. Watch for Niacin Form & Dose • If it contains nicotinic acid, high doses can use up methyl groups and cause “niacin flush” • If it’s niacinamide or in small amounts, it’s usually fine • You don’t have to avoid it — just good to be aware, especially if you ever feel flushed or tired after taking it 👀 this brand has the no flush niacin😁 If you are positive for MTHFR be sure to research these things. I was pleased to find that this is a good choice. I have just started taking it for a couple of weeks. It is yellow of course I do not chew it so I do not know what the taste is, but it is fairly quick and I just take two at a time. It does say you can take them at two separate times. Quick and easy great choices. Using the proper forms of B vitamins—especially 5-MTHF (methylfolate)—is essential for people with MTHFR mutations because their bodies can’t efficiently convert synthetic folic acid into the active form needed for methylation. Taking methylated forms (like 5-MTHF and methylcobalamin) bypasses the genetic bottleneck, allowing the body to process nutrients, detoxify properly, and regulate homocysteine levels more effectively. 📝 I will update in a couple of months to see what results I get.

Still trying to decide if I like it or not
Not sure what to think about this vitamin just yet. I have been taking it for only 4 days now, and I only take 1 pill/day. I will say that my energy levels have definitely increased. I usually hit a slump around 4 or 5 pm and get super tired. Since taking these I have not felt that. So THAT is definitely a plus. The downside is that it makes me pee All. The. Time. I have never peed so much in my life. My water bill is probably going to be $150 more this month just from flushing the toilet so much. Everytime I leave the house I'm hurrying home to pee. So, I don't enjoy this side effect so much. The other thing that is interesting is that it doesn't turn my pee neon yellow. Every single b-complex vitamin I've ever taken makes my urine turn bright yellow. This one doesn't. It's a very light yellow. So I'm not sure what to think about that, haha. Is that a bad thing or a good thing? Even the methylated forms I've taken in the past made my urine turn bright yellow and didn't make me pee so much, but the constant peeing is likely from the sustained release part. Anyway, 4 days in and these are the things I've noticed so far.
