Is this as good as Cosmic Simmer dries clear glue?

I have only used it on fabric and paper and yes it does dry clear. On fabric it has a very strong hold once dry, I joined two pieces of fabric and can’t believe how strong the hold is. I would imagine it would hold glitter very well.
