The LOFE Buckwheat Pillow - Adjustable has been a wonderful addition to my pillow collection! I love its size and shape, which make it perfect as an extra pillow for those nights when no other pillow seems to feel quite right. The adjustable feature is fantastic—I removed some of the filling to better suit my small stature and neck size, making it perfectly customized for my needs. The cover is soft and washes well. I’ve found it especially helpful on nights when my neck is hurting. I place it under my neck and let my head rest gently on the bed, which provides a nice stretch to the front of my neck. This positioning helps reset overstretched neck and shoulder muscles, offering much-needed relief. The firmness of the buckwheat filling gives just the right amount of support without feeling too rigid. If you’re looking for a versatile, customizable pillow that’s great for both sleeping and therapeutic support, this is an excellent choice. It’s quickly become one of my favorites! My Blue Headed Macaw is helping with the fill. The fabric is tough and soft.

A wonder. Many pillows give me a neck and headache. If I wake up and switch to this pillow, the headache is gone by morning. I removed about 1.5 cups from the inner lining, so I can squish pillow to my preference. At first it was weird, I could hear the buckwheat as I settled in. I found I like to make a little dent for my ear and let the hard bones of my skull rest on the filling so my ear doesn't get smashed. This is just about the right height for my shoulders, though a larger diameter is on my wish list - never know until you try! I once knew someone who slept on a wooden pillow and I thought that seemed awful, but now I umderstand. Turns out the firmness is TOTALLY so comfortable! The braincase seems to like a solid platform. Plus, it doesn't get hot like every other single pillow I've ever met. :) I love this pillow. It's now my favorite, though I still like to switch to fluffy or squishy pillows from time to time, depending on my activity level, tension, and mood. I'm sure any well-made buckwheat pillow with an inner lining would work just as well, but this is the one I tried and I am so glad! I strongly recommend this if your neck is tense, sleeping gives you headaches, or you get too hot at night. Just get the right diameter and take out some so you can control the form. I bought a linen cover that I adore for the sleep qualty, and would like to get a silk cover as well. Thanks for reading, have a great day!

Smells good and then goes away. Great organic pillow covering included. For more Firmness I bought more husks because they shifted with my head/neck on it after a while l. I haven’t washed it since I added a pillow case over the cover too to keep the cover clean. Comfortable. Size is just right for me. Great value.

When I got this pillow and opened it, it was very interesting. I had to put the insert inside of a case that was like a thin Muslim and the buckwheat had a strong but pleasant scent. With difficulty I stuffed the insert into the casing. I think it could’ve been a little bit larger, but I finally got it in there without ripping it. The directions was to take some buckwheat out if it was too hard or uncomfortable. But there was nothing in the box to store the extra buckwheat in if you did so. The instructions read after two months to put it in the sun ( I like the idea because this is natural product and not a synthetic) I understand the why but and I thought well how? Do I remove all the buckwheat and lay them out in the sun or just put the insert in the sun? I’m gong to call the company to try to find out what they mean and I don’t want any insects getting into the buckwheat if I put it outside in the sun, I have a netting bag that I used to wash some of my delicate garments with. I might use that but I need an further explanation the instructions. And how to go about it. Moreover, I felt like this pillow was almost hard as wood and I thought how am I going to sleep on this thing this is like sleeping on wood chips. To my amazement I slept like a rock I have bought several expensive and inexpensive, cervical support, pillows rolls, etc. etc. none of them could replace the half moon pillow of a softer memory foam that I used to sleep on for years and had to throw away so I wasn’t, looking forward to this experience and I thought another waste of money here we go again but I fell asleep and woke up later than I normally do and my neck felt fine. I am so pleased with this pillow I am amazed. I guess it just conformed to my neck and head ! I put the whole thing in a satin pillowcase because of my hair. It was a wonderful experience. I didn’t wake up through the night like I normally do I can’t believe I slept so long it was very comfortable and I didn’t take any of the buckwheat out. So on a scale of 1 to 10 , I give this a 10 because it’s a natural product from the earth and it was wonderful to sleep on the only thing I think could have been better is a suggestion of how to air this out in the sunlight and the pillow case could be a little larger. I also know in this world you can’t expect everything to be perfect!

This is a great neck pillow! I injured my neck years ago in a car accident and have used big foam neck pillows ever since. This one is SO much better! It's organic and adjustable/versatile (you can add or remove some of the buckwheat filling so that it's the right fit for you), and super comfortable. Depending on the height you ultimately want it, you can use the cylinder pillow by itself as your sole pillow, or place it in front of your regular pillow (so the cylinder is supporting your neck but your head is resting on your old regular pillow) or you can place the cylinder pillow on top of your old regular pillow (toward the front) to make the cylinder support even higher. It's also great for traveling! It fits easily in a suitcase or carry-on. Way better than hauling my old full-sized pillow on a trip. It's also longer than a lot of cylinder-shaped pillows. And while I use it for my neck, I imagine this could also be used for lower back and knee pain. A great pillow and a great company to deal with!

Nice solid pillow!

Definitely firm support. I bought this pillow to keep at my daughter's house while visiting. I am used to something that supports but kind of molds to your neck and shoulders. This one is very firm and doesn't seem to mold to your neck at all. I took out some of the buckwheat and it was still too firm. Took out more and it was still too firm. It does make a bit of a crunching sound when you move around but that didn't bother me. Some said it had a bit of an odor ar first but I didn't notice any at all. It comes with a removable pillow case which can be difficult to put on but it's doable. I found it to be a cool pillow, not warm at all, which I love. That's the buckwheat! All in all it seems well made.

This product releases stress from your neck and prevent having double chin. This helps neck muscles and spinal cord reduces stress in neck area. Awesome

I like how firmly it supports my head and neck. One of my discomfort points is when pillows don’t provide enough cooling around the neck area. I don’t experience that with this pillow.

J’ai des problèmes d’insomnie chronique depuis 4 ans et mes deux dernières avec cet oreiller on été nettement meilleures. Pourvu que ça dure! Je connaissais les bienfaits des molécules du tartary buckwheat pour la santé intestinale et du cerveau mais pas imaginé que dormir dessus pouvait aussi apaiser le mental et favoriser la relaxation complète. Je suis ravie d’avoir osé essayer. Et en plus, avec l’excédent de sarrasin et l’enveloppe de coton additionnelle fournie par le vendeur je me suis confectionné un oreiller additionnel à glisser sous les genoux pour dormir sur le dos: et ça ne me gêne pas la nuit ni ne coupe la circulation du sang vers les pieds. Excellent deux pour un. Merci pour ce produit de qualité unique sur le marché apparemment. 🙏

Me encantaron las dimensiones de la almohada, su comodidad y el hecho de poder agregar o retirar relleno para que se acomode a las necesidades del usuario final. Se que tienen otras medidas, si que igual las probaré.
