Great product, I definitely can tell when I’ve skipped too many days of these. I mixed this up with a different brand and alternate. I have taken quality brand probiotics my entire life so I can’t really speak to the difference in outcomes while on this one versus others, but I definitely have not had any difference or interruptions in my normal daily routine when alternating to this one versus others, so I take that as a good sign, plus I’ve researched the brand and trust the brand so I would recommend these. Worth the money!

I love this probiotic. My husband takes it and it seems to really help his gut. I love that it has the added benefit of the mushrooms in it as well. It works well and is a great value for the money. The capsules are an average size and are easy to swallow. I love anything by Ancient Nutrition, they always seem to be a good quality and effective! Would highly recommend these probiotics especially if you have food sensitivities or SIBO like my husband does!

I have tried many different probiotics to help with my ongoing SIBO and gut issues after several abdominal surgeries and bouts with h pylori. With most I couldn’t tell much if a difference. These Ancient Nutrition SBO probiotics are the only ones I’ve found that truly helped. I started to see results within a week, and after 6 weeks all my symptoms have greatly improved to the point I no longer (or rarely) have uncomfortable bloating and fullness. I highly recommend these probiotics. Very much worth the the price.

Great probiotic! This has really helped me in pain relief in improving my gut health. They are easy to take and does give me a comfortable feeling to induce more energy for me

I'm only taking one a day and let's just say everything is less "strained" if you get my drift! Didn't know I needed it. I heard his interview w Dr. Axe and it was an eye opener! Decided to find out about this probiotic mainly for a friend's crohn's. But then decided to also get myself some. Worth it. My old probiotics ordered here for almost the same price were not noticeably effective. With these you know your money is well spent!!
