Provides good power but plugs do not stay in
It provides good power and runs my European devices. The problem is that the plugs fall out. Any amount of pull, even the weight of the plug hanging off the table, causes the plug to come out. I did try other plug configurations. They were better but still were loose. I wonder why the socket doesn't hold the plug more snugly.

Arrived and never worked.
Useless. The device arrived and it hasn’t worked from the first time I plugged it in and switched it on. It was set to the correct voltage so the issue is clearly with the device. Buy a different transformer - not this one.

Works as it supposed to be
Great transformer powering my karaoke machine without issue. My karaoke machine is 240 v and my existing transformer cannot power it up but this one works perfectly.

Missing items & transformer was damaged
Received the packaging with missing a power cable and the transformer was found to be damaged. Do not know whether able to make a claim or not for this case.
