Loose batteries (not as photo advertised), in paper envelope that is unpadded, unmarked, without a transport warning sticker (required by the ACL). This is due to the fact that water, high-low temp, force being applied on the batteries can cause it to expand leading to corrosive, combustable implications. I tried kindly letting the seller know as we ordered it to our school for a class of kids to use on their science experiment. Their response was "if you don't like it , just return it to us for refund". Unfortunately this wasn't about 'like' this was more a matter about safety to buyers, and their business - as people could be injured from the sale and improper handling of the loose batteries. Fantastic batteries great for indoor use or outdoor use.
These batteries are always the ones I use in my blink cameras. They always last a couple of years even with weather that gets below freezing. They are worth every penny.
