Turn your fingers into little ninjas
These are not as heavy as you may think; but I’m totally fine with that. A lighter version may have been a waste. My hands and fingers do seem to love them. I discovered that squeezing this thing all day at the office is much better than a foam ball. I think my fingers can do a ninja ballet marathon now.

Great for Heavy Hand Training
I've been using these products for a long time, first hearing about them in about 2011. They are great for training grip because you can build resistance on individual fingers. After a long time of using them, I went up from 9 lbs per finger to 11 lbs per finger, and then 13 lbs per finger. I was able to do a pullup on the doorframe. Now, it's been a while so my finger strength has weakened. But I have decided to start training on these again. I highly recommend these and it would be great if they could make some stuff beyond the 13 lbs per finger, but I will have to use the 11 lbs per finger one for a while first.

I've broken 4 of the adjustable kind. These are far more durable. Just wish there was a XXX heavy.

Awesome grip
These will make your forearms burn! After about a year of use mine started squeaking, so I bought new ones. Still functional, noise is annoying though.

Great for very large hands
This is an excellent product, but please keep in mind it is designed for a very large hands. I wear XXL and XXXL gloves and this exerciser is as big as I could go. I have the black 9 pound model from the same company, and this one is much larger than that.
