If you fart at the top of this ladder can someone at the bottom of the ladder smell it?

We tested this. Guy at at the bottom did not smell my fart, but did note a change in humidity.

do you have to fully extend the ladder or can you lock it partly extended?

It is a nice ladder. But has its faults. You have to extend it to the size you need on the ground. Then lift. Otherwise you have to try to manipulate locks with your weight on it. And plastic legs break easily. Broke mine first use. Just bumping it lightly. And cant get parts!

The maximum height of this ladder in the A frame configuration is 21 feet.. It would work if you need to reach 22 feet.

According to Little Giant, the maximum height of the ladder in A frame configuration for a 22 foot ladder is 9’ 1”. I don’t see how you got to 21 feet? It’s actually 9’ plus your own height. Unless I don’t understand the original question? Just sayin....
