Bio Kleen for your deck
I purchased this item as it is recommended for your deck and does not destroy the wood. It will kill algae and mildew and does a good job on stained wood using a deck cleaning brush which I also purchased on Amazon. One year later and I used the remainder of the package to clean my 35'X20' deck a second time. For best results, you will need to use a stiff deck brush and work hard at it. Pick a cool day because doing a good job comes at a price. Does a very good job! The percarbonate bleach will not harm wood but will kill mold (mildew) and algae. Also contains cleaning surfactants to remove dirt, but scrubbing hard will remove the ground-in dirt best.

Biokleen Plus
This product was purchased for the purpose of being used to help clean vinyl siding and stone without using heavy chemical bleaches or other chemicals that could damage other items around and on the home. We disolved a cup of the Bio Kleen bleach in a 5 gallon bucket of water (took consider mixing to totally disolve) and then added a 1/4 cup of liquid dish detergent mixing it also. Some of this mixtured was sprayed on the vinyl siding to initially wet it and then was brushed lightly with a brush (rv/boat exterior type wash brush)with additional solution and then rinsed well with clear water. Please note to start at the bottom and work up to prevent possible staining. Also make sure to do a final rinse from the top to bottom with clear water. The product worked very well, removing light mold, dirt, tree stains, and provided satifactory results without harsh chemicals. A stronger solution could be used if needed.

Not Just for Laundry
I have a serious grout situation. The rear entry way of my home, which includes garage access, back door access, the most easily accessible and thus most frequently used powder room, and the laundry area with butler's pantry has been tiled in a gorgeous rich blue glazed ceramic tile with white grout. While the color combination is unique and eye-catching, having all eyes drawn to the once-white grout lines is not my idea of perfect planning. In order to keep it looking clean, once annually, I embark on a grout-cleaning mission using professional products including a narrow wiry brush, on my hands and knees. Though it is, of course, great fun, this past year, I let it slide, and the grout then had two years worth of grime associated with it. To make matters worse, I've noticed a rapid decline in the appearance of both the tile and the grout over the past few months, as the person who normally cleans weekly uses a Swiffer Wet Jet Mop. This seems to dissolve all the grime on the tiles and deposit it nicely into the porous grout lines while somehow allowing said tile to retain just enough dirt to exhibit a cloudy film. A dear friend of mine, upon hearing of my grout cleaning woes, recommended this Biokleen product for both its superior cleaning abilities and its safety for my family, which includes members of the feline persuasion. Though I trusted her enough to immediately purchase the product, having a background in chemistry, I decided to ignore her sage advice against creating a paste with the product. I figured that since she'd advised a strong solution to be left on the porous surface of the grout lines for at least 15 minutes before any mechanical scrubbing, certainly a paste would do the job better. Please learn from my mistakes and do as I say, not as I do! You see, at first, I followed my friend's recommendation, applying a strong solution (2 Tbsp in 2 Cups of very warm water, which did require vigorous stirring for complete dissolution) using this handy dandy ketchup bottle I'd bought for just this project, Kitchen Supply Squeeze Bottles: Set of 3, 8-oz . After allowing the product to saturate the grout and bubble up some for 15 minutes, I then mopped up the dirt-tinged product and applied fresh solution in the same manner. The second go around, I scrubbed, using this nifty wrist saving device, Rubbermaid 1839685 Reveal Power Scrubber , with the cone shaped brush from this set, Sonic Scrubber Kitchen Brush Heads (BPK) (I assure you that these brush heads and handles from differing companies ARE interchangeable. Further, The Sonic Scrubber has been discontinued, and the brushes are going for next to nothing, whereas Rubbermaid's conical grout brush head for the same unit is currently listed for 120% of the price of the 4 brush set linked above). So far, I'd been following my dear friend's advice and getting superb results. If only I'd continued on that path. It was at this point that I decided that after 2 years of neglect, this grout needed a super cleaning jump start. And though dear friend is clearly brilliant, she must be wrong in her admonishment of paste here. So, I mixed up a gritty paste of Biokleen and smoothed it carefully onto the grout lines. After 15 minutes, expecting to find a filthy paste that I could easily sponge off, I confidently strode back into the powder room. I was horrified to find that the, "paste," had crystallized onto the grout lines! The combination of dried Biokleen paste and porous grout was as hard as some epoxy I've encountered. I had to chip it off with the handle of a spoon. Luckily, it hadn't actually bonded to the grout as firmly as an epoxy would have, and I was able to remove the product manually without damage to the grout or tile. Needless to say, I will be heeding all of dear friend's future advice, including her recommendation to seal the grout lines with this, Aqua Mix Sealers Choice Gold - Quart , and this, Aqua Mix Grout Sealer Applicator (Applicator Only) , if only to avoid all future temptation to create a crystalline dried paste again. Thank you, dearest friend, for all your sage advice and cleaning wisdom. I have found multiple other, "off-label," uses for this magical Biokleen powder and am reassured by this product's green profile. Since the unusual blue tiled area is adjacent to my kitchen, I also have three matching rich blue hued porcelain sinks, one of which has the garbage disposal associated with it. That sink in particular, gets a brownish tinge to it, likely from tea. While many other products have effectively removed the stain, none of those other products carried the safety profile of this one. Further, I've never seen the drain around the garbage disposal shine so much or maintain said shine with any of the wretched fume-producing products I've used in the past. I plan to ditch the Swiffer, and have my usual cleaning person use a Biokleen solution on all the floors throughout the house from now on. FYI : For me, the optimal concentration for my very grimy grout was made by vigorously stirring 3 TBS of Biokleen powder into 2 Cups of very hot water (180 degrees F). After tons of internet research, I learned that many folks used 2 TBS per 2 Cups water with great results, and I experimented. I definitely couldn't get any more than 3 TBS to dissolve, and even this amount required very hot water. For my sink, I used the standard 2 TBS in 2 Cups water with great (and lasting) results. Happy grout cleaning! I assure you that you won't need multiple applications with this product when cleaning even white grout (which I suspect few people even have anymore due to better planning) as long as you don't neglect the tile for years as I did. This product is truly the best for deep cleaning grout. GROUT CLEANING UPDATE, 11/02/13 : I have discovered another implement that I plan to use to maintain my white (URGH) grout lines in the future, hopefully to avoid the consequences of long-term neglect and other such heinous domicile maintenance infringements in the future. Check out this solution to the hand-and-knees portion of the task : Fuller Tile Grout E-z Scrubber .

Great at removing tough odors.
I bought this on the recommendation of a friend for getting out tough and old stains. I was unpacking baby clothes that had been in storage for about 2 years, and couldn't believe all of the little stains my now-toddler had left behind. I also noticed that my dog's bed had a lingering doggy smell. After soaking the clothes and dog bed in separate batches, then washing in a hot wash, the Biokleen worked fairly well. Some of the old baby stains persisted, even after soaking in warm water with Biokleen and going through a Biokleen machine wash. However, the stains were noticeably diminished. The Biokleen did wonders at removing doggy odor though! This is on the expensive side, and you have to use a lot per use. So, I save this for the really tough stains and odors.

awesome product!!
I was looking for something to clean my grout with. After doing some research, I found oxygen bleach was highly recommended. I figured I would give it a try. The grout between my tile was pretty much black and I did not think anything would clean it. I mixed the recommended ratio of oxygen bleach to water in a spray bottle, sprayed the grout, let it sit for a few minutes then took my little scrubbing brush to it. After lightly scrubbing, the grout was nearly white! I couldn't believe how great this product worked. I was so impressed that I decided I would write my first review! We live in Hawaii where there are a lot of tile floors. I will be telling all my friends about biokleen oxygen bleach! My husband is a chef so he tried it with his white chef jackets, he hates stains! It worked just as good on the coats as it did on the grout. Great, Great Product!!

Wow and wow!!!!
I've been searching for more than 3 years for a product to clean the grout and composite tile I stupidly bought after trusting the salesperson. Wish I could remember the name but I lost the paperwork before my anger reached full boil. It chips when you look at it hard and gets embedded with dirt as it was permanently bonded. Expensive tile cleaning specialty products have all failed. I finally did intensive research and found that granular oxygen bleach might work. Ordered this and voila! Finally a great results! Follow instructions on the label for the most powerful solution. Let is set a bit as the crystals don't dissolve right away and clog the nozzle on your spray bottle. Spray a manageable area and let it sit there for 15 minutes. Warm water, a good size scrub brush and a mop rag are now needed. Very little scrubbing, wipe up the bleach water and smile!

This stuff is pretty awesome. I was researching how to clean grout ...
This stuff is pretty awesome. I was researching how to clean grout on floor tiles and found an article that mentioned using oxygen bleach. I can't believe how great this works. I mix it with HOT water and spray it on the grout and let it sit for 30 minutes. This is greasy kitchen tile grout so lesser trafficked tiles might not need that long. Then scrub with a brush and it removes all the gunk. Simply mop after that to clean it up. I also used this on the carpet in my office. I put it in a pump sprayer with hot water and sprayed it on and let it sit for 30 minutes before using a carpet shampooer. My office carpet is highly trafficked and we thought we were going to have to replace it. Looked good as new after this treatment. Got out stains that had been there for years through multiple shampooings.

Best Non Bleach Cleaner
I love this non bleach cleaner, cause it's has good ingredients in it that are non toxic. They are safe for the planet too. It gets your white clothes clean, and your dark clothes bright. I would recommend this item to others and family and friends too. It's also a pretty good value for the money I paid for it.

Removed mold from clothes successfully
Iโve Tried almost everything! Quite a large amount is required each time so this product isnโt exactly cheap. But I desperately needed something to get rid of the moldy black spots on my clothes.
