I’ve been taking this magnesium supplement for over 20 years. I believe it’s the best. It has 3 different forms of magnesium in it. I Highly recommend it. The softens are kind of big, but they go down ok for me. They’ve recently added some oxide to this formula, but I wouldn’t have known had I not read it. It a very mild amount. Has no effect on me. I will not go without this Now Magnesium

I’ve been using this magnesium citrate for a few weeks and it works great. It helps me relax, sleep better, and supports digestion. Capsules are easy to take and no bad taste. Good quality for the price. Would recommend.

I bought these for my toddler who has constipation issues. I cut the capsules open to make a powder for her drink. It worked great!! The taste is awful though so I recommend hiding it in juice or body armour.

Excellent product. Used in the daytime along with Magnesium Glycinate at night keeps my problems with constipation keeps it under control

Magnesium is very hard for me to know if it works or not. This one works. I will continue to repurchase this product. I never feel sluggish when I wake up after taking this. The only thing that I personally hate is how large the pills are. I wish they were smaller.
