This was perfect! The Velcro wrap stayed in place and served its purpose for my back.

I get headaches and sinus issues often and this has helped immensely. I like that it has a soft covered side for bare skin and the normal side. The velcro belt is what sold it for me. I even bought a second one to trade out with when one thaws out. Highly recommend.
