When the case closes, do the dividers slide up and down that could potentially have items rolling and mixing with other compartments?

It doesn’t move at all. It definitely remains in place because they are so sturdy.

Is this bag machine washable if I remove the dividers and framing?

I wouldn't machine wash these make-up cases - you can probably get away with removing the dividers and washing it in a sink like delicate porcelain that can't soaked and then air-drying but.. do be careful - I have no idea what the interior structure is made of..

Does this have the Relavel 12 month quality-related warranty?

While I am not sure of the warranty. it handles all my mani/pedi supplies and then some. It is exceptionally made!
